My Pemco

MyPemco Customer Handbook

Customer

Shopping, joining, and — if you choose to — building a network and earning from it. Includes the part most people ask about: exactly how commission is worked out and when you can withdraw it.

Browsing

The shop is open — you can browse the catalogue, open any product and use every filter without an account.

Filter by category, price range, point value band, vendor, stock and offers, then sort the results. Switch between grid and list with the toggle beside the sort box; your choice is remembered on your device.

An account is needed only when you want to add something to the basket. Pressing Add to cart while signed out takes you to registration and brings you back to the product afterwards.

Joining

Registration asks for your name, email, mobile and a password — and, optionally, a referral code.

The referral code matters more than it looks

The code decides who your sponsor is, and it can only be set when you register. It cannot be added or changed afterwards — not by you and not by support. If somebody referred you, enter their code now; joining first and asking later is not something anyone can fix.

If you followed an invitation link, the code is filled in for you and the sponsor's name is shown so you can check it before continuing.

Free or paid

You choose how to join. Both plans let you shop at the same prices — the difference is earning.

Your account is always created on the free plan first; choosing a paid plan then takes you to pay for it. If you abandon that payment you simply have a working free account — nothing is left half-finished.

You can upgrade whenever you like, from My Network. Your sponsor from registration carries across.

Joining offers

A paid plan can be running an offer — a dated period that changes what joining costs and what it gives you. Whatever is in force on the day you activate is what you get, and it is yours to keep after the offer ends.

  • A reduced or waived fee. During a launch offer a paid plan can cost less than its usual price, or nothing at all. The registration page shows the offer price against the normal one and when it ends.
  • A welcome bonus. Credited held, becoming withdrawable after the standard holding period, exactly like commission.
  • Free products. See below.
Free products come with your next order

If your offer included a gift, it is not sent from the joining payment — that step never asks for a delivery address. Instead the gift waits for you and drops into your cart at zero price the next time you shop, shipping with that order.

Some gifts have a claim-by date, counted in days from when you joined; your cart shows it if so. If a gift happens to be out of stock the day you check out, it is left behind rather than holding up your order, and you can claim it next time.

Cart and checkout

The cart shows each line's price, quantity and point value, with a live total. Items can be saved for later and brought back.

At checkout you pick a delivery address — a saved one, or a new one that is added to your address book as you order — then a payment method, then place the order.

Totals are always recalculated

Prices and totals are worked out on the server when you place the order, never taken from the page. If a price changed while the item sat in your basket, the order reflects the real one.

Ways to pay

Which methods appear depends on what the store has enabled.

MethodHow it confirmsWhat you do
OnlineImmediately, automaticallyPay on the gateway; you return and the order is confirmed
Cash on deliveryOn placementNothing — pay when it arrives
UPI QRManually, by the storeScan, pay, then wait for confirmation

Paying by UPI QR

The page shows a code with the amount and a reference already built in, so there is nothing to type. Scan it in any UPI app and pay.

A UPI transfer does not notify the store

Nothing tells the system your transfer arrived — that is how UPI transfers work, not a fault here. Your order stays Pending until the store checks its bank and confirms. Quote the reference shown on the page, and allow for that gap before chasing.

Orders and tracking

My Orders lists everything you have placed. Opening one shows its lines, totals, payment state, and a tracking history — every status change with the time it happened.

Where a vendor has entered a courier reference, it appears against that line. Orders can contain items from several vendors, which is why status is shown per line: one part may ship while another is still being packed.

If an order was a membership joining fee, it will show a total with no products. That is expected — it is a fee, not a purchase.

Addresses

Save several and mark one as default. Address line 1, city, country, state and postcode are all required; the state list narrows to the country you pick.

Documents and KYC

Identity verification. It does not affect shopping at all — it matters when you want to withdraw earnings, which is usually blocked until KYC is verified.

Upload the document types requested. The form adapts: some need a document number, some an issue or expiry date, and each has its own accepted formats and size limit.

Your network

Paid members get a referral code and a shareable link with a QR code. Anyone registering through it joins beneath you.

The page shows your sponsor, your direct referrals, your downline as a tree, and how much each level has contributed.

Free members see an invitation to upgrade here instead — because a free account has no usable code, showing one would be misleading.

How you earn

Worth reading once properly; it answers most questions before they arise.

You earn on point value, not on price

Every product carries a point value (PV). Commission is a percentage of PV converted to money — not a percentage of what was paid. Two products at the same price can therefore earn you very different amounts, and some products are marked as earning nothing at all. PV is shown on every product.

You earn across five levels

When someone below you buys, you earn on their purchase — as does their sponsor, and so on up to five levels. Your level relative to the buyer sets your percentage.

A worked example

Someone five levels below you buys two units of a 60 PV product, on a plan paying 10 / 5 / 3 / 2 / 1 percent at ₹10 per point:

Order = 2 x 60 PV = 120 PV     ->     Rs 1,200 of commissionable value

Level 1 (their sponsor) 10% Rs 120
Level 2 5% Rs 60
Level 3 3% Rs 36
Level 4 2% Rs 24
Level 5 (you) 1% Rs 12

When a level earns nothing

A level is skipped if that person is not a paid member, their account is inactive, or they have not met the plan's qualification requirements — which can include a minimum of their own purchases, or a minimum number of direct referrals. Skips are recorded with the reason, so you can ask why.

Free members still count for your network

Somebody who joined free cannot earn, but their purchases still pay commission up the line — including to you. The restriction is on receiving, not on whether their orders count.

From earned to spendable

Shows asMeans
PendingEarned, still inside the holding period
ClearableHeld long enough and past the return window — withdrawable
PaidAlready sent to you
ReversedThe order was refunded, so the commission was undone

The holding period exists because orders can be returned. If a refund happens, the matching commission is reversed — which is why it is not payable the instant it is earned.

Wallet and payouts

Your wallet shows pending, clearable and available balances, your paid total, and every ledger entry behind them.

Requesting a payout

  1. Have a clearable balance at or above the minimum payout amount.
  2. Have KYC verified, where the plan requires it.
  3. Have your bank or UPI details on your profile.
  4. Request the payout. It is reviewed, batched, and paid with a reference you can reconcile.

Tax is withheld at the rate the plan specifies, so the amount received is net of it.

Why a balance can look stuck

Almost always one of three things: the earnings are still Pending and inside the holding period; the clearable balance is below the minimum; or KYC is not yet verified. The wallet shows all three, so compare them before raising a query.
